Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Expand Your Friend Circle by Bestiemony® is open to all adults 18 and older. It is women-founded and designed especially with women seeking friendship in mind, but it is not women-only.

2. Friendship only. Never dating.

Expand Your Friend Circle by Bestiemony® is for adults 18 and older seeking genuine, platonic friendship. It is not a dating, romantic or hookup platform. Romantic advances, sexual messages, dating requests and harassment are prohibited and may result in immediate removal.

Full conduct rules are in the Community and Safety Standards.

3. What you are purchasing

The Friend Circle Introduction Video is a one-time video-production and listing service. Standard price: $129. Limited-time special: $79 through December 31, 2026. One-time payment. No subscription or recurring fee.

You are not purchasing a friendship, a number of views, a number of requests or a guaranteed introduction. Production and publication details are in the Friend Circle Introduction Video Service Agreement.

4. All sales are final

• • Please be certain before purchasing. All purchases are final and nonrefundable because this personalized service reserves interview, production and administrative capacity specifically for you.
• • Changing one’s mind, cancelling, rescheduling, missing an appointment, failing to schedule or deciding not to complete the video process does not create a refund.
• • A refund may be provided only when Expand Your Friend Circle cannot provide the purchased service and cannot offer an acceptable replacement, a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer right you have under applicable law.

4a. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your interview up to three times. Rescheduling is free when completed through the official calendar more than 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours, including rescheduling after a missed appointment, require a $10 late-rescheduling fee. All sales are final and nonrefundable.

• • Rescheduling after a missed appointment requires the same $10 fee.
• • Every change, free or paid, counts toward the three-reschedule maximum.
• • All changes must be completed through the official calendar.
• • Email, telephone, text, voicemail and social-media messages do not constitute rescheduling.
• • After three reschedules, the purchase expires if you do not attend. Continuing requires a new purchase at the price then in effect.
• • All sales remain final and nonrefundable.

4b. Referral Participant Terms

A Friend Code entered here credits the referral only. It does not change your price. You can enter or correct it any time before your payment is verified; after that, only an administrator may correct a documented attribution error, and the correction is audited.

• • Your own EFC Friend Code is also your referral code. There are no separate partner codes.
• • You earn $10 for each qualifying referral.
• • You earn nothing merely because someone enters your code.
• • You earn the $10 payment only after the referred participant completes the interview, approves the exact finished video and public profile, gives final publication approval and has the main video publicly posted.
• • The $10 referral payment is a payment to you. It is not a discount, coupon or price reduction for the referred participant.
• • You must clearly disclose your financial relationship whenever you recommend the service publicly.
• • You may not guarantee friendships.
• • You may not describe the service as dating.
• • You may not spam, impersonate the company, create fake participants, refer yourself or make false claims.
• • You must provide accurate payout and tax information.
• • Referral eligibility may be paused or terminated for fraud, misleading promotion or nondisclosure.

Required disclosure: “I may receive a $10 referral payment if you use my Friend Code to join Expand Your Friend Circle and complete the qualifying paid video process.”

5. Consent and approval are separate

Payment, recording consent and publication approval are three separate actions. Nothing is published based on payment, interview participation or silence. Each agreement is stored with its exact wording, version, date and time.

6. Recording consent and raw footage

• • Affirmative written recording consent is obtained from every person being recorded before the interview begins.
• • We explain that audio and video will be recorded, edited, stored and potentially published.
• • We identify anticipated publication on the public app and the Bestiemony YouTube channel.
• • The exact consent wording and version, the participant, and the date and time are stored.
• • The interviewer asks for verbal confirmation on the recording before the interview continues.
• • If anyone does not clearly agree, recording stops.
• • Recording consent is kept separate from final publication approval.

Raw interview footage is never published or supplied to other participants. Bestiemony may retain raw footage for up to 60 days after final publication to resolve technical issues. It will then be securely deleted unless longer preservation is reasonably required for a dispute, safety report or legal requirement.

7. Removal requests

A participant may withdraw future publication permission by contacting hello@expandyourfriendcircle.com. After verifying the request, Bestiemony will remove the approved profile and video from the Friend Circle Directory, Bestiemony-controlled video-hosting accounts and Bestiemony-controlled social-media accounts within 10 business days.

Removal cannot guarantee deletion of copies previously shared, downloaded, cached or independently reposted by other people.

8. No background checks; your own judgment

Bestiemony does not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee another participant's identity, intentions, conduct, compatibility or safety. A guided video interview, approved profile or facilitated introduction is not a safety certification or guarantee. Participants must use their own judgment when communicating or meeting.

• • Meet in a populated public place.
• • Arrange your own transportation.
• • Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• • Do not send money.
• • Keep financial and sensitive personal information private.
• • Leave and contact emergency services if you feel unsafe.

9. Accounts and suspension

Keep your account information accurate and your password private. We may suspend or remove an account for conduct that violates these terms or the Community and Safety Standards.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law except that participants retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws of the state in which they reside that cannot legally be waived.

The courts of Davidson County, Tennessee are the venue for disputes.

We follow a nationwide recording and privacy baseline, including written and verbal recording consent from everyone recorded. We do not claim that this service is legally certified or compliant in all 50 states.
