1. What the Friend Circle Introduction Video covers
Standard price: $129. Limited-time special: $79 through December 31, 2026. One-time payment. No subscription or recurring fee. You have one year from your purchase date to schedule and complete your guided interview. If you do not complete the interview within that one-year period, your purchase expires. Continuing after the expiration date requires a new purchase at the price then in effect.

2. What is not included
Additional editing sessions beyond the included round of adjustments, reshoots, second interviews, custom branding, licensed music and long-form video are not included.
3. Recording consent
Recording consent is given separately from payment and is recorded with its exact wording, version, a date and a time. You consent to Bestiemony recording your guided interview through a secure third-party video-recording service for the purpose of producing your Friend Circle Introduction Video, and you understand the recording will be edited, stored and may be published on the app and the Bestiemony YouTube channel. Recording consent does not authorize publication.
At the start of the recording the interviewer asks: “Before we begin, do you understand and agree that this conversation is being audio- and video-recorded for editing and possible publication as part of Expand Your Friend Circle by Bestiemony®?” If anyone does not clearly agree, recording stops.
Raw interview footage is never published or supplied to other participants. Bestiemony may retain raw footage for up to 60 days after final publication to resolve technical issues. It will then be securely deleted unless longer preservation is reasonably required for a dispute, safety report or legal requirement.
- • Affirmative written recording consent is obtained from every person being recorded before the interview begins.
- • We explain that audio and video will be recorded, edited, stored and potentially published.
- • We identify anticipated publication on the public app and the Bestiemony YouTube channel.
- • The exact consent wording and version, the participant, and the date and time are stored.
- • The interviewer asks for verbal confirmation on the recording before the interview continues.
- • If anyone does not clearly agree, recording stops.
- • Recording consent is kept separate from final publication approval.
4. Final approval before publication
Nothing is published on YouTube, the Friend Circle Directory, Bestiemony websites or Bestiemony social media until you separately approve the specific final video version, the specific public-profile version, and publication and promotion of those approved materials.
Payment, completing the application, recording your interview or receiving your edit does not by itself authorize publication, and neither does silence.
Each approval is recorded with a date and time, the document version in force, the approved video version and the approved public-profile version. The administrator who publishes your video and the date of that action are also recorded.
5. Publication, promotion and monetization
Once you give final approval, you grant Bestiemony a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to edit, publish, promote and monetize your approved Friend Circle Introduction Video and approved public-profile information on the Bestiemony YouTube channel, the Friend Circle Directory, Bestiemony websites and Bestiemony social media, including the two short clips produced from your interview.
After publication you receive a shareable link to your approved main Friend Circle Introduction Video, plus downloadable copies of your two short social-media clips.
6. Privacy
Your last name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, private preparation notes and administrative notes are never displayed publicly and are never exchanged automatically. Who you generally welcome friendship requests from is shown on your approved public profile as an informational preference only.
Public preview cards may display only your public first name, general displayed location, age range, a few selected interests, general friendship type, your Friend Code and your approved video link.
Your complete approved public profile and the “I'd Like to Contact Them” button are available only to signed-in participants with their own approved and published Friend Circle Introduction Video.
7. Friendship only
Expand Your Friend Circle by Bestiemony® is strictly for platonic friendship. It is not a dating, romantic or hookup platform. Romantic advances, sexual messages, dating requests, harassment and other unsolicited interactions are prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Profile controls
Once published you may set your listing to Active (visible and accepting eligible friendship requests), Taking a Break (visible but not accepting friendship requests) or Hidden (removed from directory results). Your account, application and video are preserved in every case.
Administrators may set a listing to Taking a Break or Hidden, suspend, unpublish or remove a profile in accordance with these terms.
9. All sales final, and rescheduling
Please be certain before purchasing. All purchases are final and nonrefundable because this personalized service reserves interview, production and administrative capacity specifically for you.
Changing one’s mind, cancelling, rescheduling, missing an appointment, failing to schedule or deciding not to complete the video process does not create a refund.
A refund may be provided only when Expand Your Friend Circle cannot provide the purchased service and cannot offer an acceptable replacement, a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer right you have under applicable law.
You may reschedule your interview up to three times. Rescheduling is free when completed through the official calendar more than 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours, including rescheduling after a missed appointment, require a $10 late-rescheduling fee. All sales are final and nonrefundable.

- • Every change, free or paid, counts toward the three-reschedule maximum.
- • All changes must be completed through the official calendar.
- • Email, telephone, text, voicemail and social-media messages do not constitute rescheduling.
- • After three reschedules, the purchase expires if you do not attend. Continuing requires a new purchase at the price then in effect.
- • All sales remain final and nonrefundable.
10. Removal requests
A participant may withdraw future publication permission by contacting hello@expandyourfriendcircle.com. After verifying the request, Bestiemony will remove the approved profile and video from the Friend Circle Directory, Bestiemony-controlled video-hosting accounts and Bestiemony-controlled social-media accounts within 10 business days.
Removal cannot guarantee deletion of copies previously shared, downloaded, cached or independently reposted by other people.
