Before you pay
Before payment, you will be asked to confirm that:
- • I understand that I am purchasing a one-time video-production and listing service at the price shown at checkout. It is not a guaranteed friendship, number of views, request or introduction.
- • I understand that this is a personalized service and all sales are final and nonrefundable. I should be certain before purchasing.
- • I understand that all sales are final and nonrefundable. I may reschedule through the official calendar up to three times. Rescheduling more than 24 hours before my appointment is free; changes made within 24 hours or after a missed appointment require a $10 late-rescheduling fee.
Those confirmations are recorded only inside the checkout flow, where each box starts unchecked. Read the Payment, Rescheduling and No-Refund Policy and the Friend Circle Introduction Video Service Agreement. Payment, recording consent and publication approval are three separate actions.

- • Please be certain before purchasing. All purchases are final and nonrefundable because this personalized service reserves interview, production and administrative capacity specifically for you.
- • Changing one’s mind, cancelling, rescheduling, missing an appointment, failing to schedule or deciding not to complete the video process does not create a refund.
- • A refund may be provided only when Expand Your Friend Circle cannot provide the purchased service and cannot offer an acceptable replacement, a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, or a refund is required by applicable law.
One year to complete your interview
You have one year from your purchase date to schedule and complete your guided interview. If you do not complete the interview within that one-year period, your purchase expires. Continuing after the expiration date requires a new purchase at the price then in effect.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your interview up to three times. Rescheduling is free when completed through the official calendar more than 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours, including rescheduling after a missed appointment, require a $10 late-rescheduling fee. All sales are final and nonrefundable.

- • Email, telephone, text, voicemail and social-media messages do not constitute rescheduling.
- • After three reschedules, the purchase expires if you do not attend. Continuing requires a new purchase at the price then in effect.
- • All sales remain final and nonrefundable.
Share Your Friend Code. Earn $10.
Earn $10 when someone uses your Friend Code and completes their paid Friend Circle Introduction Video.
After your approved Friend Circle Introduction Video and public profile are published, your EFC Friend Code also becomes your referral code. When someone uses your code and completes the qualifying paid video process, you earn a $10 referral payment.
- • The referring person must be an active participant with an approved and published video and profile.
- • The new participant must enter the referring participant's EFC Friend Code.
- • Entering a referral code does not change the new participant's price.
- • The $10 becomes eligible only after the referred participant pays, completes the interview and video process, approves the exact video and profile, and is published.
- • Eligible $10 referral payments are processed monthly.
- • Participants must provide the required payout and tax information.
- • Participants must use the required referral disclosure when promoting their code.
Required disclosure when you promote your code: “I may receive a $10 referral payment if you use my Friend Code to join Expand Your Friend Circle and complete the qualifying paid video process.”
If a Friend Circle participant introduced you to us, enter their EFC Friend Code so we can give them credit.
A Friend Code entered here credits the referral only. It does not change your price. You can enter or correct it any time before your payment is verified; after that, only an administrator may correct a documented attribution error, and the correction is audited.
Not included
- • Additional editing sessions beyond the included round of adjustments
- • Reshoots or a second interview
- • Custom branding, music licensing or long-form video
When your Friend Code is issued
- • After a successful payment we reserve your next sequential Friend Code internally so it can be used during video production.
- • Your code is not searchable or publicly issued yet.
- • You complete the guided interview and we produce your professionally edited Friend Circle Introduction Video.
- • You approve the exact finished video and public profile.
- • Only then is your Friend Code activated and publicly issued.
Every participant pays for and completes the Friend Circle video process to receive an active Friend Code. Codes are unique, permanent and sequential, and a retired code is never reused.
